I bring tools from Cognitive, Narrative, Gestalt, and Person-Centred approaches to my work with clients. The counselling process will help you explore, question, and revise unhelpful beliefs, assumptions, and negative self-talk (“the inner critic”). I will help you reflect deeply on yourself and your life in a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
